Massage Therapy
Clinical soft-tissue therapy in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions. Reduces muscle tension and pain, supports recovery, and pairs well with chiropractic care. Available at both offices.
What we do, and why we do it this way
Every service here hangs off the same framework: assess how you move, treat what the assessment actually finds, and re-test to confirm it changed. Offered at both the Hornell, NY and Osceola, PA offices.
These are not wall decorations. Each one covers a specific job in the process, and together they decide what happens at your visit.
A standardized seven-test screen of basic movement patterns: squatting, lunging, stepping, reaching. It does not diagnose pain. It flags the asymmetries and limitations that raise injury risk, which makes it most useful for athletes and anyone starting a training program. Your score is a baseline we can re-test against.
The clinical counterpart to FMS, used when something already hurts. It works through whole movement patterns and breaks them down to answer a specific question: is this a mobility restriction or a motor-control problem, and where does it actually live? That distinction decides the treatment plan.
Instrument-assisted soft-tissue treatment performed while you move and load the area, rather than lying still on a table. Treating in the positions that actually provoke your symptoms, mid-squat, overhead, under load, helps restore tissue tolerance where you need it.
Certification in elastic kinesiology taping. Tape does not hold anything in place, and we will not tell you it does. It provides sensory feedback and comfort that can help you keep moving well between visits. We use it as an adjunct during recovery and return to activity, not as a treatment on its own.
All five are available at both offices. If your presentation calls for something we do not provide, we will say so and point you to the right provider.
Joint manipulation and mobilization for the spine and extremities. Restores joint motion and provides short-term pain relief, delivered manually or with instrument assistance, always matched to your presentation and comfort.

Negative-pressure soft-tissue treatment used to reduce muscle tightness and improve comfort and range of motion. Used alongside hands-on care, not as a standalone fix.
Age-appropriate, low-force care for infants, children, and teens, with technique and pressure scaled to the patient. Assessment comes first; treatment only where clinically indicated.
Conservative care for pregnancy-related back, pelvic, and hip pain, adapted for each trimester, plus support for postpartum recovery.
